Coastal San Luis Resource Conservation District (CSLRCD) provides technical assistance to partners, project proponents and landowners to develop CEQA documents and regulatory permit applications such as CDFW Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreements, RWQCB 410 Water Quality certifications, County of San Luis Obispo minor use and grading permits, and Army Corps Nationwide Permits.
