Flood Control Districts
San Luis Obispo County has three Flood Control and Water Conservation Districts. In general, the Districts’ focus on flooding, erosion, water quality and watershed management, however each District has goals specific to the local watershed. The CSLRCD works with the District’s of Arroyo Grande Creek, Zone 1/1A and San Luis Obispo Creek, Zone 9 to reach their goals.
